Is doufilm the best medicine for warts?

All those otc meds are pretty much alike. Just be careful you don't get it on your skin because it will eat that too. Put vaseline around the wart you're treating. If its a plantar wart see a podiatrist. It can be dangerous to try to treat them yourself.

I would recommend that you see a dermatologist and let him/her "freeze" your warts with liquid nitrogen spray. My son had a really bad case of warts on almost all of his fingers. He went in and his Dermatologist froze them, then had him apply a prescription cream to continue to break down the frozen skin and he taped the areas to "smother" the warts but you have to do this under Dr supervision because unsupervised, tissue death can occur and you can lose the appendage (finger, hand, foot or whatever area the wart is on). Warts are caused by a virus. Salicylic acid, Imiquimod, Cantharidin, Dinitrochlorobenzene, Fluorouracil, and silver nitrate are all used in the treatment of warts.
