Its a mix of two insulin a long term and short acting L d each. The long acting good one is 70 and the short is 30. Its units /ml

70 means isophane insulin and 30 means soluble/regular insulin. So insulin 70/30 is a combination product of two forms of insulin. Its units are IU.
