Unlikely, what form is the liquid in? If it is a pharmacy sealed bottle it should have the concentration factor on the side. Some opiates come in dose vials of up to 100mg per millilitre; I would treat an unknown quantity as seriously dangerous, it may be 5 mg or it may be 500 mg and potentially lethal.
PS. No information exists on this site about oxycodone liquid so I suspect you don't have a consumer product. No offense intended if I'm mistaken.
