How much dosage of lactulose should a give a 5 year old?

It's on the bottle (I'm looking at it now)

"Dosage: age 1 - 6 years. First 3 days 10ml per day and then a maintenance dose of 5 - 10ml per day."

Be careful with lactulose; when you feel your bowels start to move you may have less than 15 seconds to make it to the toilet.
