a patient of 65 yrs/male was diagnosed with ca stomach.subtotal gastrectomy procedure was done recently.the patient was suffering from 35 yrs with scalp tumour or turban tumour in anterior aspect of head.the tumour was progressive for last 3 years associated with pain for the past 3 months.FNAC report stated that the tumour was benign but the doctors donot have a plan of removing the tumour... can i know the reason for not doing the surgery in this patient.the patient is diabetic nd hypertensive for past 2 yrs but not on medication post surgery. nd c/o of exceptoration but no reasons for the cough it was said by the pulmonlogists they say it may be due to reflux post surgery.
