Both Tramadol (Ultram) and Trazodone are antidepressants in their chemical structure. Tramadol however is an SNRI that is extremely similar to Codeine, and also affects the Opioid sensors, thus making that SNRI medication an Opioid. Trazodone is also not your typical antidepressant as it is a SARI type drug, very similar to the TCA's (at least is my impression). It does not contain or bind with anything remotely similar to THC as it's a completely different drug. Same is true with the Tramadol. I hope that this is of some help to you,
