my wife has poor circulation in her legs and the doctor recomended eating banans for the potassium to help blood flow. so would taking potassium gluconate be an alternitive option for her. she is 25 healthy and has none of the symptoms or injurys that was warned on the other page.
Bananas are a good source of potassium. Talk to your doctor before taking a potassium supplement as too high a level of potassium can cause problems too.
