Does oxycodone have any adverse effect on the liver?

It's the acetaminophen in the oxycodone that may cause liver problems when taken for a long period of time. It's normally prescribed for people with chronic pain.

All drugs are bad to an extent but Oxycodone isnt very bad for your liver. As mentioned above, its the Acetaminophen in Percocet that is very bad for your liver.If you have straight Oxycodone, its not very bad.
