2 to 9% people who take Oxybutynin have reported to have the feeling of swelling or water retention in the calves, ankles, or feet, as a side effect, which perhaps could cause tingling, numbing, coldness or even pulsating, however you need to seek medical help, please speak to your doc who prescribed the med, hope this helps?
