Does naproxen contain acetaminaphen?

No, naproxen is a non-steroidal-antiinflammatory medication (NSAID). It is in the same drug class as ibuprofen (Advil).

For future reference, if you read the back of the box under "active ingredients" you should be able to see whether or not acetaminophen is listed as an ingredient. Always double check combination medications so you always know what you are taking. Hope this helps!
