Sorry did not make question clear, have had IBS for about 10 years, is worse when under stress, I am now taking dicyclomin which does stop the cramping associated with IBS, my insurance has notified me that starting the year 2012 they will no longer pay for it and suggested Loperamide, have checked to see how it helps, but it did not mention if it helped with the cramping and spasms, so was wondering if anyone else uses it and if it is a good alternative and if not a recommendation for another med.
Okay-what are you talking about that might prevent cramping? Some say accupuncture-there's a lot of meds out there-diets-therapies. Don't feel embarrassed, you should have seen my first question. I'm an English major, so the question was about 2 pages long-and nobody could figure out what the question was.
So what are you asking about? I have severe IBS-so I do understand. I might even be able to help you. So please give us some information about your meds, etc. about IBS-and if anything seems to make it worse. OK
Waiting to hear from you.
