Basically the story is my friend sold my other friend some white pills (i identified them as excedrin on pill identification) and i knew somehow that it couldnt be. So i checked up on here and now i am led to wonder if they do make illegal subtances as a pill and can the pill identifier recongnize them?

Yes, illegal drugs do come as pills, although usually not cocaine. Ecstasy comes in tablet form often. I would look around ecstasydata dot org (If I put it on as an actual link, it will go through moderators and might get edited out) and see if anything looks right.
No way to know though what is actually in those pills, unless you have a GC/MS or other analytical instrument on hand. Street drugs, and "ecstasy" in particular are notorious for containing concoctions of various drugs.
