Although I have never seen or heard of different strengths, I believe that the issue would be 'resolved' in how MUCH you use.
A certain amount is to be used at first and then after a certain period, you taper off... use less.
It starts1 gram a day for 3 weeks straight, then you taper off; 1 gram every 5 days, then skip a day, then 5 days and skip a day and so on, dropping another day of use ever 2 or 3 weeks. After 6 months I am only using about 1 time per week or ONCE every 10 days. My gynecologist said that probably once a week is the least you can use it and still get the desired result.
