Celebrex is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug and mainly helps with pain relief, in rheumatoid arthritis. It is not a disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMARD) so won't slow the progression of disease and therefore will not have an effect on the rheumatoid factor results. As far as I'm aware it does not have any effect on TNF-alpha.
