baclofen susp 5mg/ml
Do you know if it is commercially made or compounded by your pharmacist? If the baclofen is compounded then it will need to be refrigerated and will have a short shelf life. If it is commercially made then it may or may not need to be refrigerated. If you can't find any storage instructions on the label then call the pharmacy for clarification.
