Yes, I recommend LifePak from Pharmanex which can be mail ordered. It has the highest bioavailability of any supplements around. I've used it for years. But it does not contain Potassium (K). A question for you: how many mole equivalents of K are you taking? Unless you are taking 100 meq or more, you are not hypokalemic. You just need a little extra to get you through the day. Hypokalemia is a very specific condition often involving paralysis, but usually has an early age onset.
