!0mg of hydrocodone is the highest available in the US. There are forms with more acetaminophen which is the larger number of the two in the combination, but I'm not sure if you would see much difference in the amount of pain relief you get and the less acetaminophen you take, the better. Acetaminophen can be very toxic to the liver in high amounts. You should consume no more acetaminophen than 4000mg/24 hours or 3000mg/24 hours if you drink any alcohol at all. If the hydrocodone is not holding your pain then you might talk to the Dr about something stronger. Oxycodone might work better for you.
