Highly unlikely that Otomize is egg based. It contains dexamethasone, neomycin and acetic acid.
Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid, which is used for reducing inflammation.
Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotics. It is used to treat infections caused by a wide variety of bacteria.
Glacial acetic acid is included in this spray to produce an acid environment in the ear which is unfavorable for bacteria to survive in. This helps control any infection.
Otomize is made by GlaxoSmithKline. It is best that you contact them or the distributors in your country, and ask them ... they'll be able to give you the correct information.
