It happens more when I am in bed. It wakes me up (when I am actually sleeping) due to the really bad pins & needles.
Does anyone have problems with their arms, hands, legs and/or feed falling asleep at night?

Hey guys I just read something the other day from a nutritionalist that we all need more pottassium and to get a good dose of it you can take a washed potato and cut it in half and put it in a warm cup of water, then let it soak overnight and drink Yuk! Well this is something you might want to try verses all the tingling and pains constantly and yes I have fibro and disc issues and I have the same problem with limbs swelling and tingling all the time it hurts around the clock for me so I am a willling to try anything. gluck
