Is it possible it can have the opposite effect and make you feel shaky rather than help with anxiety? Would appreciate if anyone knows something about alplax.
Since an IR lasts 4-6 hours and an ER for around 12 hours, and IR is stronger for that amount of time, if that's what you mean. Alpax is a foreign alprazolam (made by Gador in S. America) so it may not be up to the same quality standards as American alprazolam, it could be stronger or weaker and produce the effects that you notice. If you're not use to an ER you can probably expect it not to hit as hard as an IR, but the effects should last longer.
