NO, depo doesn't count as protected sex. It counts as birth control and has nothing to do with sex. Unprotected sex counts as just that UNPROTECTED SEX that could lead to pregnancy.
If your doctor told you to NOT have unprotected sex for two weeks before getting the implant, DO NOT have UNPROTECTED SEX for two weeks. Why did he tell you that - because you could get pregnant in that period of time.
NOW, if you DID have unprotected sex in that two week period of abstinence as advised by your doctor, that is another question to put up here, ok?
