Has your eyesight been checked in the last year? If it's off and you are straining to see, that can cause headaches. How's your stress level? You may be under a lot of stress that won't show on tests but still causes headaches. Really try to look at your life with a neutral mindset and detect any possible stressors. Is the way you think putting stress on you? Are you a perfectionist? A driven "A" type personality? Ask someone close to you who'll be honest with you about what stress they see in your life. You might be surprised.
Tests can only find what they specifically test for, nothing more. You can have a clean bill of health from the tests you name and still have something in your life causing the headaches. What kind of water are you drinking and cooking with? In my county and the nearby counties, we're getting too much arsenic and fluoride daily. The solution the county water management agencies came up with?? Raise the upper levels of acceptable amounts of these chemicals! Both are deadly to humans. I had a reverse osmosis water processing machine built into our kitchen so we don't poison ourselves daily. You might be especially sensitive to something like these in your environment.
Do you have allergies? This can cause headaches daily if you're in an area with high allergen counts. Think about these and other things that may be affecting you. You might find your answer.
All of my test results came out fine also, but I get many remedies which have helped my migraines incredibly. You should ask for treatment. I get nerve block and trigger point injections, Botox injections, wear opiate Butrans patches, take Petadolex (an herbal which is fully evaluated by the German government unlike in the US), Magnesium Citrate and COQ10. The latter 2 are over the counter vitamins. And the Petadolex is available on-line. If you take any kind of pain reliever more than 3 days a week, then you are likely to suffer from rebound migraines. That could be your problem. My intense 247 migraines did start with my stroke. Good luck. Headaches can ruin your life.
I have had 24/7 headaches for over 20 years UNTIL I started getting botox injections. I searched for years to find out answer to headaches. The Dr's don't seem to care. I had one Neurologist who is had of the department tell me if he had a magic pill he would be a billionaire. My headaches didn't start until I was 42.Try the botox from Neurologist that has experience with them. They have been a lifesaver for me. I still have breakthrough headaches but they go away after the day. GOOD LUCK
