had such a bad experience with... Gabapentin. I have to work full time and need a med to help with facial neuropathy and allow me to function has this dosage helped anyone?
Hello, jwhin0086. I tried taking Lyrica for Neuropathy too, and it helped a lot, but I was dizzier than a little dog who chases his tale around for five minutes. Lol. Seriously, it helped, and I wished I could have continued to take it, but I had to drive, and oh goodness, I would be a danger to myself and anyone else as dizzy as it made me. But it doesn't do that to all people. I don't quite understand that. I'm not dumb. I know people are very different with different kinds of systems and bodies. It was the Gabapentin that didn't work for me either. My ankles and feet swole up like watermelons. I couldn't wear any shoes. So that meant, I couldn't go anwhere. Not until the swelling went down. But have your doctor knock it up to 75mg, if that is what he decides is best. Maybe that will work better for you, hon. Good luck. Shine On.
