... doctor in the southwest suburbs of Chicago?
Go to www.elestrin.com. There is a section to contact the manufacterer. Perhaps they can suggest a provider in your area. You can also direct a new Dr to the website for information. It has info for patients and also for healthcare professionals. I had hoped the website might have a provider directory but I didnt see one on the quick search I made. You might make a more thorough search and see if you can find anything but if not, perhaps if you contact them, they can direct you to someone in your area! Good Luck!
Call the county AMA and get a list of doctors that are taking new patients-another source is caleed rate my Dr or something like that. Then you can call offices and ask-- sometimes it's better to find a young doctor and educate them by taking records-if you can't take records-take in old pill bottles. They can see that I've been prescribed it in the past.
