It's in internal TENS unit that goes in my spine with 2 wires he told me I try for 5 days wow it actually goes to my nerves that's damage can I get some help anybody that had this procedure done before please help
I have had an experience with TENS unit placed on the outside of my severely damaged and intensely hurting shoulder joint. My TENS unit was an externally placed unit not an internal one that you are talking about. My TENS was quite effective when it was on. I was not able to keep it on for very long periods of time ( over 2 hours or longer) because the constant feeling of the electric shock like current flowing through my muscles would always start bothering me after a while. I was able to keep it on for periods for up to 2 hours though and my pain was significantly reduced while it was on. The pain would return quickly after I turned it off.
If possible, could you please describe in more detail what you are asking help for? It would give us a better chance to help you. Info like where they want to put the TENS unit, what for, why they are using one etc. This will get you the most correct info in return.
