It's a ointment but I was just wondering if it's safe because on some sites it says "nystatin" doesn't treat vaginal yeast infection. Am just really scared to use it down there?
"Topical" means to put it on exposed external skin, your vulva (to an extent) and vagina are internal. Use there would not be advised unless specifically referred to in the product information.
