Keshac; NO the doctor wants you to take them like it says on the bottle not a shorter period of time And in most cases if the doctor says to take one 3 times daily it would be more like 8am, noon, and 8pm what is very important is to keep a steady blood flow in your system for the amount of days the doctor says not for you to change it so you can finish them faster or they may not work and you will be on a different antibiotic. Hope you get over this but please don't take more just to try and finish these quicker chuck1957
