a kidney disorder?
Hi, prist! From the literature:
"Major depressive disorder (MDD) is highly prevalent among patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and is associated with morbidity and mortality."
There are several studies though that have not found sertraline effective over a placebo in treating MDD in patients with renal disease.
It would be a good idea to consult with the prescribing doctor for professional advice!
Best regards, Wildcat
