If you received your otezla free through Otezla support they should have informed you when you signed up what your limit cap was. Your Dr. has no idea how much of any given medication your insurance is going to cover. I know that when my husband signed up they told him how much they would cover based on our insurance plan. The support picks up what our plan doesn't cover. Hope that helps explain it, talk to Otezla and your insurance about your out of pocket expense.
