When increasing length to 25 ft of concentrator tubing, do you need to compensate for the length. I have heard several answers, all different. I need facts. Concentrator companies say flow should be the same up to 50 or 75 ft., unless concentrator is faulty or tubing has leaks or holes.
Do you need to adjust flow meter on oxygen concentrator when using longer tubing?

No you should not have to adjust the flow meter. It should automatically adjust for the length. The concentrator company is correct. Just set the flow meter for how many liters per minute that is ordered and it should be good to go.
