Soma works wonderful for my pain, related to ra, lupus and fibromialgia.
This story has been batted around for some time. I had heard from a fairly reliable source that it was going to be discontinued in July of 2013 but that never happened. It did go from being a non controlled medicine to a controlled substance but so far, it is still on the market. Drs dont like to give it because abusers like it to supplement their high with it because of its sedating properties and the drug is habit forming. There are many muscle relaxants out there that dont have the high risk to become habit forming that this drug does. I use Soma too. I have found it to be the best medication for me but I dont use it even as often as it is prescribed.
