Hello Nickyf. My Dr actually told me my dilaudid could be making the migraine worse. I take dilaudid for severe degenerative spine disease but had been using it also whenever a migraine hit me too hard. I have used fioricet, fiorinal, immitrex pills & injectable & Demerol for my migraines as well with little relief. Now im using Relpax for migraines & it is a miracle drug!! Works in 20 mins & truly relieves 100%. You can take relpax with dilaudid so it wont interfere with your crohns pain relief. Good luck
