developed epilepsy around spring of 1960 from blow on head. Have been on Dilantin sodium since. I now have developed type 2 Dabetes and am looking for a medication fo that without interaction with the Dilantin.
What is your doctor recommending? I suggest you see an endocrinologist who will monitor your diabetes and provide an appropriate medication or insulin to help you. You can be assured that the doctor will discuss this with you. Also, mention any supplements, like vitamins and such as well.
Good luck with this. Insulin, by the way does not interact as it is a natural hormone.
