I started Zejula almost four months ago. I am only taking two because the doctor was worried about my blood counts but my CA-125 keeps creeping up. Would added another pill make a difference or is it just not working for me.
After 3 months on Zejula my CA-125 started rising and my doctor took me off it and I am now on chemo (Charboplatin + Gemzar) for 2 cycles. The doctor says after the 2 cycles (3 weeks each) he will do at CT scan and if it is good, I will go back on Zejula for maintenance. He said that it just wasn't strong enough to knock it down but is very good once you are
stable. Hope that helps... I liked being on the Zejula because I thought it was easy (except for the joint pain).
