Been taking Tikosyn for a few years which was controlling my A-fib. In 2016 was put on the generic dofetilide. Within 10 days of taking the dofetilide was hospitalized for A-fib. While in the hospital was put back on Tikosyn and A-fib was controlled. Now being forced to take the generic again (insurance) and trying to appeal. They claim it was not an adverse reaction to the dofetilide. I have gotten a 30 day supply of Tikosyn to hold me over while the appeal is in process. Any guidance, references, ect... will be greatly appreciated.
