hydrocodone/ acetaminophen tablets
The first number pertains to the amount of hydrocodone, which is the opioid pain reliever, the second number pertains to the amount of acetaminophen (otherwise known as Tylenol). So one tablet has 5mg of hydrocodone and 325mg acetaminophen (sometimes abbreviated as APAP) and the other has 10mg hydrocodone and 325mg Acetaminophen. The tablet with 10mg hydrocodone would be the stronger because it has more hydrocodone.
