What is the difference in ingredients in Oxycodone Acetaminophen tablets USP 5 mg/325 mg. and?

Isn't that obvious? The difference is the acetaminophen(tylenol). The immediate release has nothing but oxycodone in it.
It's also the strength of the Oxycodone is much higher - the first number. With one it is 5 mgs, the second one has 30 mgs - much, much stronger. The 5 mgs also has acetaminophen in it - the second number. - ElizaJane
