What's the difference between the white, pink and blue lortab 10's?

Most likely the manufacturer. There is no way we can look them up without knowing the markings on the pills and shapes.
The only difference is the company that makes them. As far as the strenght, or how well they work on your pain, there is no difference.
There is no difference they are all 10 mg of hydrocodone. One is pink. Blue and white. The white one is the one on the market. The other two to my knowledge are no longer available
It says hydrocodone-acetaminophen and the pill is white with UP 115
