Hi- Really not too much. You may be stuck longer than you like on that ER (ritalin ) tab, so I have always stuck with adderrall, giving me the control I need to do or not do more if needed. I was chewing on this a while and my doc just said stay on the 30 mg tabs, twice a day….maybe try that?? Good luck!
