The difference between acetaminophin-cod#3 tablet and oxycodone/acetaminophin 7.5-325 mg is the first has codeine and the second has oxycodone. Both are narcotics.

The acetaminophen with codiene is a controlled substance, but not quite a narcotic. The oxy/acetaminophen is a narcotic and is quite a bit stronger.
