The first number indicates the amount of milligrams of Hydrocodone. The second number represents the amount of acetaminophen or Tylenol.

5 &7 10 are the Hydrocodone mgs, 500 & 325 are the Acetaminophen, they're doing away will the 500 & 750.

As of January 1, 2014 the did away with anything over 325 mg.
