DHman72; There is really nothing different between the 2 the one that says Bitartate is just the salt or binder in it and Hydrocodone is always with something else like Tylenol or acetaminophen some companies use Bitartate others you see it as hydrocodone/Acetaminophen Hcl that being the salt or binder No real difference they are both equal depending on the MG.
