Is there a reason that the generic form would work less well than the name brand? The name brand is much more expensive.
I use generic (buproprion) with good results, but maybe I'm missing something. The active ingredient in generic meds must be within a range (something like 80% - 120%) as strong as the brand medication. So there is the possibility of the generic being less potent than the brand.
