Whats the difference between a norco and a vicodin?

The manufacturers are the only difference.
There's probably a difference in the fillers they use, but Norco and Vicodin both have the same two main ingredients. Actually, Norco, Vicodin, and Lortab are the same thing, just different manufacturers, and maybe the fillers, i.e. inactive ingredients.
Hello Janasanders66. In response to your question about Norco/Vicoden the difference btwn the 2 drugs are:
1.) different manufacturers
2.)different inactive fillers
3.) Norco has less acetaminophen then the Vicoden

Both are combinations of hydrocodone and acetaminophen. Both come in multiple strengths. The only real difference is the differences in strength and the manufacturers may use different inactive ingredients.
