I've studied in some diet supplement pills leaflet like "Slim me" that these supplements are not recommended for people with hypothyroidism. Do you know why?
Because over the counter - non FDA regulated - supplements are not studied and no one knows how, or if, they effect us... this means that you are taking your own life in your hands if you go rogue and administer these things ~ seriously not something that you should do unless you have a potential death wish. I would like to loose some weight as well but I'll never be that 30 something person and that body is gone as well. I'm starting to understand that the extra weight just may be a part of my life now and I'll do what I can to eat right and take in as much exercise as I can... but this is my body and - no matter what - I've got it better than a lot of people out there.
