No effective therapy has been established in patients with leukocytoclastic vasculitis. The goal of treatment is to reduce inflammation. Cytotoxic and immunosuppressive agents such as cellcept have been used as well as corticoseroids, anti-inflammatories and antibiotics. Good luck.
