Hi. My MD suggested trying 50 mg DHEA per day for fibromyalgia pain. My DHEA blood level is extremely low. Anyone tried it? Hank
In my opinion/experience DHEA has not proven helpful.
has your doctor determined why your DHEA level is low? Perhaps the two events are unrelated.

In 1999 I was part of a research team at UCSF, it did not prove to be helpful. Good luck, Di, M.A.
For many years my doctor had me on DHEA. However, it never helped with any of my medical problems. They eventually took me off DHEA because it was pointless for me to take another pill when it wasn't helping.
