I was diagnosed with ADHD in young ages and I am now 15 I also have mixed neurodevelopmental disorder attachment disorder which is caused by my ADHD and I was wondering if I could make so I only had a little of ADHD so my attachment disorder could get better.
jasmine; Very good question I think you should sit down with your doctor and talk about this. I am very impressed by your question from a 15 year old. This is not a easy thing to deal with but at this time all they really have is medications to treat the problem but your young and they are always looking for new things to help these conditions. All you can really do is take your medications and look to the future for a cure of this terrible stuff. It would be great if this was possible but to date there is not anything like this that I am aware of. But again you really sound like you have your act together try and get your doctor to have a good talk with you and in the mean time make sure you take your medication Just as it is prescribed and hope for the day when something like this is possible. Keep thinking as you do and be glad that these days they have so many different medications I remember when there was only one or two things to help . And continue to hope for better control. And let your doctor know if there are any studies he or she knows of you would like to be in them. You are a very smart young man don't give up hope. Chuck1957
