Indeed! It IS frustrating! Our government and DEA have decided limiting controlled drugs, even legit Dr written prescriptions is a way to decrease street availability of drugs. (they apparently learned nothing during prohibition years) I would advise you to contact your states Board of Pharmacy and tell them that you have a legit script form your Dr and the pharmacies are denying to fill it for you! If you have an insurance company, do the same, let them know the pharmacies are refusing to fill your script! The pharmacies who contract with your insurance company can get in BIG trouble with the insurance company by refusing to fill a members legit Rx!
