..after all when something isn't a problem we don't generally talk about it, but I've had flashes of seb derm for a couple years with it seemingly increasing in frequency and scale (no pun intended). I never treated it with anything special but after a bad flare up that I am currently struggling to calm down on my nose, I am seeking active sufferers to help me understand the prognosis. Do many people find a long term solution or are we all just guessing? If something works for me should I expect it to stop working? This condition is beginning to depress me and I am getting worried
Try using either selsun blue or a coal tar shampoo, even for the spots on your skin other then your head. Sunshine can help too. I took care of a lady with it bad, and the shampoo worked. There was no way it would have been safe to put cortisone on all of it, there was just too much.
